Mr. Coloma is Chairman and acting Director. His career has been punctuated with some of the most innovative products in commercial banking. Considered the "father" of the brokered deposit market, in 1980 he founded FAIC Securities, an SEC registered broker/dealer, the first and largest broker of FDIC insured CDs in the country. In 2000 he founded WebCDx, the first company to market to investors portfolios of insured CDs and money market accounts.
